SF->SJ Ride #3- 6/22 Sunday!!!! It is Set! Lets Go!

Alright guys, here is the tentative plan.

6/22 Sunday 10:00am

-Meet at the Diridon Caltrain station in Downtown SJ at 10:00am.
We will take the train, pick up Bennett in San Mateo and head on up to SF. Then ride down to SJ from there.

Let me know if that is too late to leave, We could leave even earlier. That should give us plenty of time to ride/eat/chill/play/smoke/drink. :)

Alright guys...I can't make it out on this date, my Dad's B-day is that day and I'll be there over the weekend, that means Sokha will be out too. We were hoping to get some of the stockton/modesto crew to come out with Sokha for this ride but unless the date changes we're going to miss this one. Next time around!

so who's down for riding up? 6:30 downtown if anyone's interested. if not I'll be leaving from Campbell area, heading up central expressway and taking pretty much the same roads up. if you come with me and get tired just hop on cal-train and ride back.
feel free to draft me all you like, as there is sometimes headwind on the way up.

I did it fixed last time, I'm thinking about bringing my pursuit road bike but fixed is find to ride up with a decent size gear

I think I'll come. But help me out cuz I'm a newbie here. Can I ride a 48/16 ratio fixed all the way or is that geared too high?

48x16 is fine, the route is totally flat w/ the exception of one tiny hill near Candlestick Point.

i've done this ride 51x17t and barely broke a sweat, its that easy, esp with the tailwind on ur butt.
