These Andels from Ben's look pretty decent and come with a chainring if you're looking to buy new.

hey I actually was about to post mine for sale. I have some sugino 170mm RD48's in decent condition complete with chainring and bottom bracket. I'd say $70 with the 48t chainring and BB?

EDIT: yeah mine aren't track cranks per se, cuz they're 130 bcd, but still very usable
