Sugino Cranks

Hello,
I think my cranks are loose and I was trying to tighten them and I can't figure out how to get a socket on the nut.  Is there a special tool to tighten them?  Please advise

socket wrench or crank tool with a 14/15mm socket should suffice.

i can even tighten my cranks w/ my cheapo pedal wrench cuz it has a 14/15mm socket on one end...

When i put the socket into the whole in the cranks it gets stuck, maybe I need to grind down a 15mm socket.  Thanks benitosam
